To activate the Burst Zone in battle is for bothyou and your opponent to hard attack (square,triangle) each other at the same time. There youwill see the background turn black and bothfighters hitting each other. To win in the BurstZone is to press any buttons repaetedly untileverything turns back to normal and you simplyhit your opponent, but is worth a lot of damage.

Once you have the breakthrogh capsule foreveryone and you collect the dragonballs again,you can't call Shenron. The only good use of thedragonballs you last collected is for trading.

Everytime you wait for a demo and it's over, youshould see a different title screen. There aredifferent ones for each saga and one showing allthe characters.

Get Gt. Saiyaman. start punching and kicking youropponent. then use justice punch. As soon as youropponent gets up use justice punch. Usualy itwill kick your opponent out of the ring with noproblem.

To do this you need to pick someone that knowsthe Kamehameha Wave. Then when the fight startskeep using the Kamehameha Wave (PPPPK) when youropponent isn't gaurding until you blow him/herout of the ring.

After collecting all the dragon balls you willget to choose a character to get breakthrough.Breakthrough is a capsule that allows a characterto use all their attacks. When you have thischoice pick the character that you think has thestrongest attacks. If you are not happy with yourchoice just turn off your game and turn it backon because before the game gives you your choicesit automatically saves.

For the easiest transformations, enter theoptions screen. Select the controller option thenmove over to 'Custom'. Hold L1 and press Left orRight until you see P + K + G (the transformationbuttons). You will now have L1 as atransformation button. Note: You can do the samething with taunts; just press Left or Right orleft until you find P K G E. To transform withany character easier, press L1 + X. Yourcharacter will instantly transform into astronger character.

You need 4 things:YamchaWolf Fang FistViral Heart DiseaseVaccineCostomize Yamcha with those things, than entertournament mode. As quickly as you can, do theW.F.F., than keep pressing ENERGY until Yamchastops his attack. Repeat this and you will wearhim down. The disease is for if opponent does'tget a ring out, he'll have very little health andone quick combo finishes him off.

An easy way to beat the advanced tournament iswith Kid Gohan. Dash and then press R1 and hewill do a sor of drill kick he recovers quicklyfrom. Not only does it reach far but it knocksthe enemy back a lot, doing this in succesion(like 3 times) will knock the enemy out of thering!

At the same time, press R1 and R2 at the same totransform.

An easy way to unlock Hercule, is to use theViral Heart Disease Capsule on Adept mode, in theWorld Tournament. Now, if you use it alone youwill lose health too. So, you have to go to Mr.Popo's Skill Shop on Edit Skills and buy theVaccine. The Vaccine is in the Support section,so you will have to buy Support a few times.About the fourth time you buy Support, it is theVaccine. The Vaccine allows you to keep yourhealth when you have the Viral Heart Disease, Butsorry for your opponent. Then attach the Vaccineto anyone you want and BE SURE NOT TO FORGET TOPUT THE DISEASE ON THE PERSON TOO!! Well, thenyou just go to the World Tournament on Adeptmode. BE SURE TO PUT YOUR CHARACTER ON CUSTOM!Your opponent will keep on losing health. But,when they have about half of their health left onthe red bar, the disease stops. So you will haveto kill them the old fashion way. So have loadsof fun!

This is a rare item from support so it may cost about 8000$ zenni. Once you get the item your kai will not run out of it but you can't transform.

When in battle with Android 19, you know,(ofcourse) that your health rapidly drops constantlyuntil you get about 1/2 of you last health bar,then it stops. The thing is, when the Androidhurts you, the damage done by the disease isadded to the damage done to you. The best thingto do is to use a guerilla warfare like tacticand hit'n'run. Hope that this may help ya'!

Until he gets to his last health bar, keep on punching, kicking, and using kemeyameya rapidly.

While going thtough the people to change thecapsules they have, if you move the anologstick, the person or alien will rotate in thatdirection. This is entertaining if you arebored.

This does not help you get farther in the game, have some cool new power, or get newcharacters. It is just something to do to cure boredom. When the game is loading and thelittle radar-like thing is sweeping over the DBZsymbol, if you move the left analog stick, itsweeps with it! This is just an fun dumb thingto do while it is loading and you are bored.

All you have to do is pick Freza or Gt. Sayiamanand press up and X the same time. You then willdisappaer and reappear. Good for when you are inthe edge.

Have you ever been Yamcha and tried to do thePPPPE move (Wolf Fang Fist)? Did it only do ameasly punch? Well, if you do it right, it cando nearly double any Kamehameha Wave. Afterdoing the Wolf Fang fist, repeatedly press E (O)and Yamcha will do a big combo. Not only doesthis hurt the opponent pretty bad, but whileYamcha is punching you gather more Ki!

Get the Super Saiyan ability, then press R1 + R2 to transform. This can be used for anyone's type of transformation. Note: This can also be used to do the King Kai Fist and Unlock Potential.

All you have to do is be Krillin in Duel mode, orWorld Tournement mode and chose Android 18 foryour opponent. Then once you win, Krillin willyell out, 'ANDROID 18, I LOVE YOUUUUU!!!'.(Pretty funny huh?)

Go to Namek or any other place exept theHyperbolic Timechamber and The world Martial ArtsTournament with trunks and use burning attack,Goku and Cell with spirit bomb,Hercule withPresant for you, Vegeta with Big Bang attack,Teen Gohan with Super Kamehameha, and Piccolowith Hellzone Grenade.

If you collect all 7 Dragonballs the eternaldragon will grant you a wish to get 1 of 3breakthroughs. If you don't like the ones theyhave, take out your memory card choose anyone ofthe 3. then the dragon will say you don't have amemory card in. Then he asks you if you want tosave again, choose no. After that you will appearat the screen where the dragonballs are. You canrepeat this as many times as you want until youget the breakthrough you want.

To get lots o' money and be able to win easier.(in torunament mode)All you have to do is equipViral Heart disease and Vaccine and thats it.

First time through:

To knock your opponent out of the ring with sheerease in World Match quickly do the kick combo atthe start of the fight to knock him to an edge,then rush over to him while he is getting up holdin R1 when he gets up you will punch him out ofthe ring, he will be unable to block this.

Android 17: Power Strike

Practice mode is used to help you get your skillsbetter by practicing your moves, getting betterat the game play, knowing your controls, and howto unlock moves by pressing various buttons acertain amount of times.

You can unlock Super Vegeta when you completethe 'Vegeta's Confidence' episode.

You can unlock Zarbon when you completethe 'Vegeta's Attack' episode.

Play through 'The Namek Saga' at any level.

Play in Adept mode and become number one. Go toMister Popo. You will see a gray Capsule for 8000Zenie. It is Advanced mode.

Within the game you can collect the seven DragonBalls. In order to get them, you have to buy themat the Capsule Shop. However, they are very rare.They cost 8000 Zenie each and will only appear ina 'Recommended' or 'Gambled' Capsule. Aftercollecting all seven, go to the Caps List optionin the 'Edit Skills' menu. Then go along to thesecond to last list. If all seven Dragon Ballsare present, press X and you will be asked if youwish to summon Shenron. Select 'Yes' and you willbe given the option to 'Breakthrough' threerandom characters. Breakthrough is a Capsulewhich will open all the Death Moves,Transformations, and Physical Moves of thecharacter in possession. However, it takes upseven ability slots and cannot be equipped inconjunction with anything else. After choosingyour character, the Dragon Balls will disappearand you will have to collect them all again.

Once you have completed story mode once, you willnotice that there are some people missing, exceptfor Gohan as a super hero and Hercule who getunlocked in world championship mode. Go back tostory mode and you will see what you have doneinstead of starting a new story. Some of theepisodes will have 'New' beside them. Go intothose episodes to get new players and new playerabilities, such as a Super Saiyan for Vegeta.

When in Tournaments, instead of trying to killthe CPU opponents, just lure them close to theedge of the ring. Tap X + Down to move behind theopponent, then use a strong move to knock themout the ring.

After you complete the story mode you will beable to go back and do new missions in the threedifferent sagas to unlock characters and items.After you do the new missions for each saga (canbe done randomly), another mission opens wherethe story from the cartoon and game is changed.In the Saiyan Saga, you play as Vegeta and takeon the Z Fighters. After Vegeta defeats each ofthem he turns Super Saiyan. In the Namek Saga,you play as Frieza and once again take on the ZFighters. Once they are defeated Freeza, will usethe Dragonballs and ask to be invincible. Hiswish is granted and he destroys Namek and thengoes after Earth. In the Android Saga, you playas Cell. After absorbing Android 17, Cell goesafter Android 18. He will try to absorb her butKrillin will jump in the way and be absorbedinstead. Cell will become a hilarious fusionbetween the two. He will then take on Yamcha.After the fight, Tien goes to blast him but Cellsuddenly wakes up from a dream. He is in hisPerfect form waiting for the Cell Games.

After you beat Story Mode go back to story mode.You will play through more stories. Eventuallywhen you get to Android Saga, and play as Cellyou have to fight vs. Yamcha & other characters.After you beat Yamcha you will unlock him.

Select Kid Gohan then click square and then a boxshould pop up saying do you want teen Gohan.

You can unlock #16 when you complete the 'Aim ForPerfect Form' Episode.

This has no purpose other than a laugh, and willnot unlock anything in the game. Enter practicemode (or two-player duel if you want to play witha friend) and choose your characters and stage.When the fight starts, put as much distancebetween you and your opponent as possible. If inpractice mode, set the opponent's action toDeflect-Back at the pause menu. Once you are asfar away as desired, launch an energy ball bypressing Circle. In practice mode, your opponentshould knock it back at you. Just before the ballhits you, press guard (X) and if it timedcorrectly, it should be reflected back at theopponent. In a two player match, you can play itlike a proper game. For example, flip a coin tosee who serves (launches the energy blast). Set ascore limit. If the Ki ball is knocked away,hits, or is hit by another Ki blast, whoeverreflected the ball last gets the point.

On world championship mode, if you win you get10,000 Zenie and second place gets you 5,000Zenie. This is useful because when you go to theshop and buy the Red Capsule, you will get somevery good moves such as Super Saiyan Trunks,Kamahamaha for Krillen, and even Super SaiyanLevel 2 for Gohan.

After you beat Adv. Mode with any character go tothe screen where you can buy capsules. Thecapsule to play as Mecha frieza should eventuallyshow up there under 'Recommended Capsule' and itis called Frieza's Spaceship(costs 12,000)Whenyou get it equip it to Frieza.Then in battle whenyou die you will then get full health and becomeMecha Frieza.

This works with every character. If you aredashing toward your opponent at full speed andthey fire a normal ki blast at you, yourcharacter will automatically swat it asidewithout slowing down or stopping.

Win the World Tournament in Adept Mode. Afterwards, go to the Skill Shop and purchasethe 'Advanced Tournament' (it's the Reccommended capsule). Then, buy the next Reccommended Capsule, which is the 'Legend of Hercule' Mode. It is now available at the main menu.

Collect all seven dragon balls and wish for the breakthrough capsule, whichunlocks all moves for a character.

Defeat Raditz in story mode to unlock him.

Successfully complete the world tournament in adept mode to unlock Hercule.

Successfully complete the world tournament in advanced mode to unlock GreatSaiyaman.

Defeat Cell in story mode to unlock him.

Collect seven Dragon Balls to make a wish. Items on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes from Shenron are unlocked after making a second wish.
Kaio-Sama Planet: Watch the ending of Original mode five times.
King Kai Planet: Make over five wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.
King Piccolo: Listed on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.
Majin Vegeta: Listed on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Change Wallpaper in Customize Mode: Make over five wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes. At the title screen, press Up, Triangle, Down, X, L1, Square, R1, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, Goku will speak.
